Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused cast iron in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely back at our Pennsylvania workshop.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned cookware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
